Research Elements, an initiative focused on delivering advanced web applications for the scientific community, has applied its expertise to the real estate sector with the launch of micasa.hr. This platform is designed to streamline real estate advertising and property valuation in Croatia, combining intuitive user experience with data-supported functionality.

With a background in building digital solutions for researchers, Research Elements transferred this foundation to the development of micasa.hr. The platform introduces structure and transparency to real estate processes by combining property listing, valuation, and market analysis in a single, data-informed system.

Streamlined Listings and Flexible Sale Options

micasa.hr enables the publication of property listings at no cost, with optional paid features available to increase visibility. Listings can be created with a fixed price or by activating a bidding feature, where prospective buyers submit offers that can be accepted, declined, or countered. Listings remain active for 30 days and may be renewed without charge.

Real estate agencies are supported through bulk upload functionality via JSON or XML feeds, allowing large inventories to be managed efficiently and kept up to date automatically.

Valuation Features and Market Data Access

In addition to listing capabilities, the platform offers a valuation feature that combines community input with data analysis to generate estimated property values. By providing basic property information, users receive value estimates based on the assessments of other users and current market data, offering a grounded view of property worth.

The platform also presents average price information by location and property type, enabling market comparisons even without posting a listing. To support accurate property descriptions, micasa.hr includes a free Net Usable Area (NKP) calculator in accordance with Croatian regulations. Results can be exported as PDFs or images for sharing and reference.
