We’re pleased to announce the recent redesign of the Engineering HR website. The update brings the site in line with our other projects, ensuring a more modern look and feel. While most features remain unchanged, several improvements have been made to enhance user experience, particularly on mobile devices.
Improved Design and Mobile Usability
The updated design offers a streamlined and intuitive interface, making it easier to navigate the site across all devices. Mobile users, in particular, will benefit from a more responsive and efficient browsing experience. Whether you’re accessing the site from a desktop or a smartphone, the changes aim to improve overall usability.
Key Functional Changes: Enhanced Stream Feature
One of the more significant updates to the platform is the expanded functionality of the Stream. Previously limited to displaying jobs, the Stream now includes news articles and events. This enhancement offers users a more comprehensive view of relevant content.
When following nodes—such as countries, cities, or organizations—you can now choose which types of content to display in your Stream: jobs, news, or events. This customization allows you to tailor your feed based on your preferences.
Additionally, content selected by our staff, as well as promoted content, may appear in the Stream. For users with a premium account, promoted content will be excluded from the feed.
